Terms of Service
Who we are
Glory Planner (gloryplanner.shop) is operated by Silver Glory Reach LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States, with its address at 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801. "We", "us" and "our" mean Silver Glory Reach LLC. "You" means the person buying or using the service.
What we sell
Glory Planner is a paid membership that gives you access to a library of digital products: hyperlinked PDF planners for note-taking apps and print, Notion templates delivered as duplicate links, and spreadsheet packs delivered as XLSX, CSV and Google Sheets copy links. Membership also unlocks the full version of the online planner customizer. Nothing physical is shipped.
Membership terms and pricing
Membership is sold for a fixed term: 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, 2 years or lifetime. Each term is a single one-time payment in United States dollars (USD). Prices are shown on the pricing page before checkout. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal. When a term ends, access to the vault stops until you buy a new term. Lifetime membership does not expire.
Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card number. By completing checkout you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method. Charges appear on your statement as GLORY PLANNER.
Access keys
After payment you receive an access key on screen and by email. The key is personal to you. Do not share, sell or publish it. We may revoke a key that is shared publicly or used from an unreasonable number of locations. If you lose your key, contact us with the email used at checkout.
Delivery
Delivery is digital and immediate. See the Refund and Delivery Policy for details.
License
When you download or duplicate a product during your term, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your own personal or internal business purposes. You may edit and customize the files for your own use. Files you downloaded or duplicated during your term remain yours to use after the term ends. Access to the vault, to new drops and to the unlimited customizer ends when the term ends.
You may not: resell, sublicense, rent or give away the products or any modified version; upload them to template marketplaces, shared drives or file-sharing sites; include them in a product, bundle or membership of your own; remove attribution or watermarks; or use them to train machine learning systems.
All products, designs, layouts, text and branding remain the property of Silver Glory Reach LLC.
The free customizer
The free version of the customizer generates one month of pages with a visible watermark. It is offered as a trial with no purchase required. We may change or withdraw the free version at any time. Members get unlimited generation without the watermark for the length of their term.
Refunds
Our refund terms are in the Refund and Delivery Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Right of withdrawal (EU, UK and similar jurisdictions)
If you live in a jurisdiction that grants a statutory right to cancel online purchases, you acknowledge that our products are digital content delivered immediately after payment. By completing checkout you expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the statutory right of withdrawal once delivery begins. Our voluntary 7-day refund policy still applies.
Acceptable use
You must not attempt to access the vault without a valid key, scrape or mass-download the library, interfere with the site, or use the products for anything unlawful.
Third-party apps
Our planners are designed to work in third-party apps such as GoodNotes, Notability, Samsung Notes, Notion, Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. We do not control those apps. Compatibility notes are listed on each product page. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by those companies.
Changes to the library
The library grows over time. We may add, update or retire individual products. Retired products stay available to members who already downloaded them. We aim to release new products every month but do not guarantee a specific number or schedule.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The products are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, and our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for your current term. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under the law of your country of residence.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for a breach of these terms, in particular for sharing keys or redistributing products. No refund is due in that case.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes will be handled by the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, unless mandatory consumer law in your country gives you the right to bring a claim at home.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
