Who is responsible
Silver Glory Reach LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States, is the data controller for gloryplanner.shop.
What we collect
Checkout data: name, email address, billing country and payment status, received from Stripe. We do not receive your full card number.
Access data: your access key, its term and expiry, and the dates it is used, so the vault can work.
Contact data: whatever you send us through the contact form or by email.
Newsletter: your email address if you subscribe.
Technical data: IP address, browser type and pages visited, collected through server logs and, if you accept cookies, analytics.
Why we use it
To deliver your purchase and run the vault, to answer support requests, to send the newsletter you asked for, to prevent fraud and key sharing, to comply with tax and accounting rules, and to improve the site.
Legal bases (EU and UK)
Performance of a contract for purchase and access data; consent for the newsletter and analytics cookies; legitimate interests for fraud prevention, support and site improvement; legal obligation for tax records.
International transfers
We are based in the United States. If you are outside the United States your data is transferred here. Our providers use standard contractual safeguards where required.
Retention
Purchase records are kept for 7 years for tax purposes. Access keys are kept for the term plus 12 months. Support emails are kept for 2 years. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent. Email hello@gloryplanner.shop and we will respond within 30 days. EU and UK residents can also complain to their local data protection authority. California residents have the rights described in the CCPA; we do not sell or share personal information as defined there.
Children
The site is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date shows the latest version.
