1.Who is responsible

2.What we collect

When online purchasing becomes available, Stripe will provide the email address, payment status, amount, currency and Checkout Session identifier needed to fulfill the order. Glory Planner will not receive or store your full card details.

Access data: your access key, its term, its creation date and its expiry, so the vault can work.

Contact data: whatever you send us through the contact form or by email.

Technical data: IP address, browser type and requested pages may appear in hosting and security logs.

3.Why we use it

To deliver purchases and run the vault, answer support requests, prevent fraud and key sharing, comply with tax and accounting obligations, maintain security and improve the service.

4.Legal bases (EU and UK)

Performance of a contract for purchase and access data; legitimate interests for security, fraud prevention, support and service improvement; legal obligation for tax and accounting records.

5.Who we share it with

We use hosting and email delivery providers. When online purchasing becomes available, payments are intended to be processed securely through Stripe. We may also disclose information to authorities where the law requires it.

We do not sell personal data.

6.International transfers

We are based in the United States. If you are outside the United States your data is transferred here. Our providers use standard contractual safeguards where required.

7.Retention

We keep purchase and access records for as long as needed to provide access, handle refunds, meet accounting and legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Support messages are kept only as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes.

8.Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, and to object to or restrict processing. Email hello@gloryplanner.shop and we will respond within 30 days. EU and UK residents can also complain to their local data protection authority. California residents have the rights described in the CCPA; we do not sell or share personal information as defined there.
