Refund and Delivery Policy
Delivery
All products are digital. Nothing is shipped.
1. You pay through Stripe Checkout.
2. You are returned to gloryplanner.shop where your access key is shown on screen. The same key is emailed to the address you entered at checkout, usually within minutes.
3. You enter the key on the vault page and can download planners and spreadsheet packs, open Notion duplicate links and use the unlimited customizer for the length of your term.
If the email does not arrive within one hour, check your spam folder, then contact us at hello@gloryplanner.shop with the email used at checkout and we will resend the key.
Refunds
We offer a 7-day refund on your first membership purchase. Request it within 7 days of payment by emailing hello@gloryplanner.shop from the checkout email with your access key. We refund to the original payment method. Stripe typically posts the refund within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
Refunds are not available: after the 7-day window; on renewals or second purchases; where the key has been shared or the products have been redistributed in breach of the Terms of Service; for change of mind after downloading a substantial part of the library, at our discretion.
Where the law of your country gives you a longer or wider right, that right applies.
Cancellation
There is nothing to cancel. Membership is prepaid for a fixed term and never renews automatically. Your access simply ends on the expiry date shown in the vault. Lifetime membership never expires.
Disputes and chargebacks
Contact us before opening a dispute with your bank. Most issues, including lost keys and failed emails, are fixed the same day. Charges appear on your statement as GLORY PLANNER.
