Refund and Delivery Policy
Delivery
All products are digital. Nothing is shipped.
1. When online purchasing becomes available, you will complete payment through checkout.
2. After a completed payment, you will be returned to gloryplanner.shop, where your access key will be shown on screen. The same key will also be sent to the address entered at checkout.
3. You can then enter the key on the vault page and download planners and spreadsheet packs, open Notion duplicate links and use the unlimited customizer for the length of your term.
If the email does not arrive within one hour, check your spam folder, then contact us at hello@gloryplanner.shop with the email used at checkout and we will resend the key.
Refunds
We offer a 7-day refund on first purchase. Request it within 7 days of payment by emailing hello@gloryplanner.shop from the checkout email with your access key. We refund to the original payment method. After we issue a refund, your payment provider controls when the funds appear.
Refunds are not available after the 7-day window, on subsequent purchases, or where the key has been shared or the products have been redistributed in breach of the Terms of Service.
Where the law of your country gives you a longer or wider right, that right applies.
Cancellation
There is nothing to cancel. Membership is prepaid for a fixed term and never renews automatically. Your access simply ends on the expiry date shown in the vault. Lifetime membership never expires.
Disputes and chargebacks
Contact us before opening a dispute with your payment provider. We will investigate lost keys, failed emails and payment issues as quickly as we can.
